Stimulite

This lightweight honeycomb material produced by Supracor has been used in the medical industry for some years already. The honeycomb cells flex with movement to minimize shearing, while perforations in the cell’s walls provide excellent air permeability and prevent deformation of the seat. Stimulite’s light weight, flexibility, and shock-absorbing capabilities provide a critical advantage in 16g applications. This material also provides good pressure relief as it distributes weight uniformly to eliminate pressure points.
