greiner aerospace’s state of the art and fully automated “round table” technology with computer controlled robotic foam injection ensures the highest quality in all molded parts. Standardized round table technology ensures identical parts from any Greiner location.

Computer controlled 2D cutting machines guarantee that parts cut out of foam blocks are identical to a very high degree of precision. Our sister company, Eurofoam, produces the high quality slab stock Polyurethane foam that we use. These foams are available in a wide range of densities and hardness. Our close working relationship with Eurofoam creates a key competitive advantage for Greiner Aerospace and allows us to work together to create new foams for the ever-changing requirements of the aviation industry.

We use a number of other cutting edge techniques to ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency:

_ Glue robots ensure the even distribution of water based adhesive on foam parts and fire blockers.

_ Velcro hot melt pre-heating stations are designed for best adhesion of Velcro on fire blocker.

_ Thermo patch labeling with more than 90 Newton of pull-force ensures a lifetime adhesion to the product
